Erin Morgan  “The burning in Paisley '' is a collection based on the tragic tale of the witch trials that happened in the 17th century in Paisley town centre. The collection is made to capture the distress that happened during this period in a re-imaged modern way. This collection brings the witch stereotype into the 21st century in a new fun way. My collection was greatly inspired by the patterns that were seen in feathers, repeating these shapes through collage and bringing these textures into the fabric while the designs are still super feminine. For the commercial designs, I was looking at how to recycle face masks into jackets. For the future I am hoping to be a commercial designer, I really enjoy swimwear and festival wear.
