Everything I design, is made to be worn and worn again. Studying sustainability has changed the way I look at fashion and design clothes – it’s vital to me to create good quality garments that can be styled several ways. While designing for my Alexander McQueen collection it was important that each garment could be worn with another – this is why I chose denim and created a jacket that can be worn either cropped or full length.

From project to project, I’ve noticed my skills develop and I’ve found my strengths in CAD/illustrator and pattern drafting. I love being able to turn my sketches and designs into a working garment, using my problem skills to overcome any issues along the way.

I’m moving on to work for a kiltmakers and I would like to also create a brand that aligns with my values.
