My favorite projects this year were Morphology and Kinetic, both projects utilized screen printing and photoshop, techniques that I especially enjoy.

Morphology was an interior project where I created wallpapers and furnishings inspired by nature in the botanic gardens. I decorated them with bark patterns and paint splatter in imitations of my photos and incorporated cutwork silhouettes of flowers and cacti, while also creating collages, CAD visualisations, repeat and off-set repeat patterns on photoshop.

For the Kinetic project I designed a bag inspired by movement. I wanted it to be a cute but functional bag that I could use in my day to day. When making the bag I created an overlapping line print with foil highlights inside a cupcake casing shape, that I also Photoshopped on different shaped bag CAD flats.

Next, I will be progressing onto 2nd year at Glasgow School of Art to study Textile Design with aspirations of starting my own business or becoming a teacher.
